We are one of the oldest firms and one of the pioneers in the hearing instruments sector of the medical goods market in Poland. As our firm was established in 1983, at the outset a few problems were caused by the prevailing socialist system. The main problems we had were related to having access to innovative hearing solutions and technologically advanced hearing instruments. The former economy was centrally planned and impositions on the purchase of goods placed on us by this previous system didn't differentiate between the types of hearing instrument and the needs of the customer. This may be successfully compared to making people impaired by poor sight wear only +4 corrective glasses without regard to how big a handicap seeing correctly can be.
From the outset, as a response to the particular needs of our patients, we adjusted all hearing instruments to their specific needs. The adjustment process is strictly dependant upon the type and value the patient's hearing disability is.

As mentioned, we have been operating in this way since 1991, treating our patients' hearing problems individually, thoroughly and completely. Our services include doing research and giving diagnoses. In addition, our services include: individual earmould making, digital encoding, evaluating the levels of amplification needed for each sound frequency and assessing a patient's comfort level regarding compression. What kind of hearing instrument, from the wide range available, will be chosen, depends completely on the patient's needs, for example, whether it will be ITE, BTE or CIC.

   In our daily professional practice we sometimes have to deal with situations when air or bone conduction hearing instruments are expected or necessary to be used simultaneously with 'In The Ear' or 'Completely in The Canal'.
In our firm it is the patient who decides whether hearing instrument they expect should be with analog or digital signal processing.We have got our own earmoulds laboratory making the use of the latest developments in hearing instrument technology.Furthermore, we have got a fully equipped workshop to repair hearing instruments. The workshop repairs hearing instruments during their warranty and an after warranty service is also available. We can repair every type of hearing instruments on the market without exception. Fulfilling the requirements and wishes of our patients is the most important mission of our company and we continually endeavor to operate in accordance with this rule.Our employees attained a level of education which may be successfully compared to professionals from foreign countries. Moreover, we put a significant emphasis on training and development as well as providing a positive working en

vironment- people are the most important thing to us.  

We are a member of The Polish Audiologists Association which was established with our modest contribution. Nowadays, it may be candidly said that we are the proud parents of a child and its achievements, not only with our patients but with all people with hearing disabilities.
Our affiliation with the Chamber of Economy of Polish Medicine proves that our willingness to act for the sake of patients with hearing disabilities stems from bottom of the heart.
